We ate our way through the parks so you can spend your money on the good stuff. Here's what's actually worth it.

Churro
$5.49Worth every pennyMagic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios carts
The Disney churro is iconic for a reason. Crispy outside, soft inside, coated in cinnamon sugar. The price crept above $5 recently but it's still the best value snack in the parks. Split one if you're watching the budget.
Popcorn (refillable bucket)
$2 refillsBest value in the parksAll parks
Buy the refillable popcorn bucket once ($25–$30) and refills are $2 all trip. If you're a popcorn person, this pays for itself in two days. The seasonal flavors (caramel, cheddar) are genuinely good.
Mickey Premium Bar

Vanilla ice cream on a stick, coated in chocolate, shaped like Mickey's head. It's been the same since 1989 and it's still perfect. Find it at any ice cream cart.
Dole Whip Float
$6.99Splurge-worthyAloha Isle, Magic Kingdom
Technically over $5, but the float (Dole Whip soft serve in pineapple juice) is a Disney institution. Split it with someone and it's $3.50 each. The pineapple flavor is the original and the best.
Pretzel (plain)
$4.99UnderratedMagic Kingdom, EPCOT carts
A large, warm soft pretzel with mustard. Filling, cheap, and available at most cart locations. Not glamorous, but it's one of the best calorie-per-dollar values in the parks.

A cute coconut-themed drink with a Kakamora (from Moana) decoration. Tastes fine, looks great on Instagram, costs nearly $9. The decoration is a sticker. Skip it.

A flaky, buttery croissant-donut hybrid that most guests walk past on the way to the castle. One of the best pastries in the parks at one of the best prices. Get there early — they sell out.
